Day 1; pick up and drive to Lake Mburo National Park (Exploring the Equator and Lake Mburo)

Day 1: Arrival for Lake Mburo National Park Safari

Your guide will pick you up from Kampala and welcome you for the safari. Start your day early and head to the Equator. Visit the Uganda Equator monument and enjoy the unique standing experience in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. You will proceed to the safari vehicle with your guide and begin your journey to Lake Mburo National Park via the Kampala-Masaka-Mbarara route. The drive to the national park takes about 4 hours and you will arrive at the lodge, check-in, and have lunch.

In the evening at the lodge, you will engage in an evening nature walk in Lake Mburo national park and on foot with your guide explore the national park surroundings and also see wildlife species like buffalos, zebras, warthogs, impalas among others in the savannah as you enjoy an off the track experience. You will return to the lodge after the activity and prepare for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2; morning game drive and boat cruise in Lake Mburo National Park

After having breakfast at the lodge, you will check out and engage in a morning game drive around Lake Mburo national park and search for wildlife species such as zebras, impalas, elands, buffalos, topi, waterbucks, duikers among others.

You will also engage in a boat ride on Lake Mburo in the afternoon and enjoy seeing a variety of wildlife species by the shore and leave Lake Mburo National Park and embark on a scenic drive to Jinja.

Day 3: White Water Rafting on the Nile and Optional Activities

Start your day early by heading to the Nile for a thrilling whitewater rafting experience. After the guide will drive you for lunch and in the afternoon, you will have the rafting adventure, you have the option to do a ziplining adventure with stunning views of the Nile and the surrounding area and a Coffee/Tea Tour visit a nearby tea plantation for a guided tour, where you can learn about the production process and sample some freshly brewed coffee.

Evening: Relax in Jinja, explore the town, and enjoy a well-deserved dinner at the lodge or do a transfer to Kampala.
