How fit do I need to be for Uganda gorilla trekking?

A gorilla trekking permit allows one hour of observation with a mountain gorilla group in Uganda and Rwanda. It includes ranger fees, park entrance, and conservation contributions. It is mandatory and must be booked in advance.
