Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Mabira Forest
Leave with your pre-arranged transportation from Jinja or Kampala. Upon reaching Griffin Campsite. Experienced zip-lining guides lead you through old trees as you travel through a network of five zip-lines that spans 250 meters across the River Musamya. One can watch the forest layers from a vantage point high above the canopy, as well as animals like red-tailed and grey-cheeked mangabeys, as well as birds like palm nut vultures, African fish eagles, great blue turacos, and the roaring griffin falls, making the zip a remarkable experience.
