Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport and Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Our team welcomes you on arrival at Entebbe international Airport and we depart for Murchison Falls National Park. We drive north of Uganda and arrive in the evening having driven for about 5-6 hours and the drive will give you a good insight into Uganda’s destinations. On arrival, we check into the hotel for dinner and overnight

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Boat Cruise to the Bottom of the Falls

After breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive across the northern plains of Murchison Falls National Park, where you may see wildlife such as elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, hartebeests, and antelopes. The open savannah landscape offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the powerful Murchison Falls. Along the riverbanks you may spot hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species while getting closer views of the spectacular waterfall.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast, you will depart Murchison Falls and begin the scenic drive to Kibale Forest National Park, known as the Primate Capital of the World. The journey takes you through beautiful countryside landscapes, tea plantations, and traditional villages in western Uganda.

You will arrive in the Kibale area in the afternoon, check in at your lodge, and relax in preparation for the chimpanzee trekking experience the following day. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park

3 Days Chimpanzee Habituation Experience in Uganda

Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park

After an early breakfast, you will proceed to Kibale Forest National Park headquarters for a briefing before beginning your chimpanzee tracking experience. Accompanied by experienced park rangers, you will trek through the tropical forest in search of chimpanzees and other primates.

Once the chimpanzees are located, you will spend one hour observing them in their natural habitat as they feed, play, and interact within the forest.

After the trek, return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park – Game Drive & Boat Cruise

After breakfast, depart Kibale and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in time for a game drive across the savannah plains where you may spot elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, antelopes, and lions.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, famous for its large concentrations of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and abundant birdlife along the shores.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Return to Entebbe for Departure
