On this 3 Days Mid-Range Rwanda Gorilla Trekking, you will be met and greeted by your Nextgen Safaris driver guide upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport. He or she will brief you on your safari before transferring you to Volcano National Park. You will do a short city tour including a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial then check in at Five Volcanoes Hotel.

Detailed 3 Days Mid-Range Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Safari

Day 1: Arrival at Kigali International Airport Kigali

You will be met and greeted by your Nextgen Safaris driver guide upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport who will brief you on your safari before transferring you to Volcano National Park. You will do a short city tour including a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial and check in at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel.

Mid-range lodge located just outside Volcanoes NP

Day 2: Volcanoes National Park for Once-In-A-Lifetime Experience (Gorilla Tracking)

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Volcanoes National Park for your first gorilla trek. You will arrive at the main office at 7:00 am for a short briefing and coffee break before going on your trek. Your overnight will be at Virunga Inn or Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking Experience

Rise up early in the morning and have breakfast. Afterwards, drive to the Volcanoes for golden monkey tracking and on the course, you’ll also spot some other primates in the forest. You will then drive to the hotel for lunch and thereafter, drive back to Kigali for your departure flight back home.
