Arrival for This 3 Days Uganda gorilla safari from Kigali

You’ll be collected from the airport. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.

Day 1: Pick up from Kigali airport/lodge to start the adventure

A driver guide will pick you up from Kigali International Airport/any Kigali hotel to begin your ‘3-day Uganda Gorilla Safari’ adventure to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The journey is breathtaking, taking you through a nation of “a thousand hills” to “the Pearl of Africa.”

You enter Uganda either the Katuna or Chanika border, stopping in Kabale town (when crossing from the Katuna border) or Kisoro (when crossing from the Chanika border) before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for the night

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest national park

After breakfast, you will go with your packed lunch to the Park Headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking.

Your guide will go over all of the Dos and Don’ts while you’re among the mountain gorillas. Following that, you will be taken to the starting location for your trip into the bush in search of the gorilla family to which you have been allocated.
