You’ll escape the hottest part of the day back at camp, returning for another safari excursion in the evening and after dark. South Luangwa is one of the few national parks on the continent that allows nighttime game drives, offering the opportunity to see nocturnal predators come alive.

The majestic Victoria Falls is the largest waterfall on the planet and one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. There are a number of ways to enjoy the site of natural beauty, including hopping across the border to neighbouring Zimbabwe for gorgeous views of spray and rainbows. If you’re looking for adrenaline activities, then there are options for bungee jumps, ziplining, and abseiling. Or if you’re looking to relax, then take a romantic helicopter tour over the falls or hike one of the scenic footpaths around the falls.
You’ll spend your second day in Livingstone with more exciting waterfall-based activities, relax at the lodge or explore the town at your leisure. We suggest taking a daytime river cruise down the Zambezi with a picnic, stopping along the way and visiting a local village, where you can meet locals and learn more about life in rural Zambia, as well as pick up some souvenirs.
